The core forms used in real estate transactions in Wisconsin are created and published by the Real Estate Examining Board (REEB). The Wisconsin Realtors Association (WRA) also maintains a forms library with a host of ancillary forms which are commonly used. You can see a list of those forms on the WRA website.
All forms which begin with “WB” are from the REEB. The link in the first column for each form below is to the forms official pdf on the WI Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS) website.
